Ingredients:
- 300 g boiled white beans (alternatively from a can)
- 1 small red onion
- 150 g smoked frankfurters or ham
- 2 pickles
- 200 g of lutenitsa (for best results-homemade, coarsely ground)
- savory, mint, pepper
- oil
Directions:
Drain the beans and place in a bowl. Cut frankfurters (ham), onion and cucumbers into cubes. Add spices and stir everything. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes. Add the oil and lutenitsa and stir again.
