Bean salad


  • 300 g boiled white beans (alternatively from a can)
  • 1 small red onion
  • 150 g smoked frankfurters or ham
  • 2 pickles
  • 200 g of lutenitsa (for best results-homemade, coarsely ground)
  • savory, mint, pepper
  • oil

Drain the beans and place in a bowl. Cut frankfurters (ham), onion and cucumbers into cubes. Add spices and stir everything. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes. Add the oil and lutenitsa and stir again.
