Frittata with Veselina mince

Specialty with Veselina mince
Ingredients for 4 servings

1 tablespoon oil
5-6 tablespoons homemade lutenitsa Veselina
200 g white mushrooms
1 egg
100 g cheddar cheese
For stuffing:
500 g Veselina mince
2 eggs
2 bread slices
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
a pinch of cumin
a pinch of mint


Grease the bottom of a tray with oil. Add the lutenitsa on a thin layer. After that, put a part of the mince which is mixed with the eggs, the soaked in and drained bread and spices. Sprinkle the cut mushrooms and cover with the rest of the mince. Make a hole in the middle and add egg inside. Sprinkle with the grated cheddar and bake in a moderate oven.
